Open Source AI Employees: 8 Roles, One Repo, Live

  • Zoom
  • Free

Eight AI employees, one public repo, MIT licensed and free to clone. On September 19 I put every Claude Code workflow behind them on GitHub, live on the call. In 60 minutes, live: 🔹 What an AI employee actually is, and the files inside one: role, contract, schedule, routines 🔹 The eight roles, and which one to hire first 🔹 The repo goes public on screen, MIT licensed Free. Replay included.

I build the software. You deploy it under your own name.

That is the Agent Ops Club. Every app and agent I ship. The Agent Ops Masterclass. And a license to deploy for your clients and charge for it.

I built eight AI employees. On Sept 19 the repo goes public and free.

Join me live for 60 minutes. All eight roles, what each one owns, and how to pick the first one to run in your own business.

Three glowing panels holding a listings board, a wrench and timer, and a shipping box, each with a coin and card checkout badge above, all connected to one shared base rail beside a builder holding a tablet.

Each one owns a role: SEO, web dev, social, ads, sales, support, chief of staff, and go to market. They run on a schedule, use a real browser the way a person would, and brief you every morning on what they did.

In this session I explain what an AI employee actually is. A contract that says what it owns, a schedule, and routines that leave a run record every time they fire. Plus the two stops that make one safe to leave running: it never sends and never spends, and it never touches a credential.

Then the release. All eight kits are on GitHub under the MIT license, free to clone, with install notes for Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, OpenCode, Codex and Antigravity. The Agent Ops Club is the guided layer around them, and I say plainly what stays premium.

What's inside the session

Real work, not a demo

These eight roles were built to run a business, not to look good in a slide. I show what each one owns, the schedule it runs on, and the record it leaves behind after every run.

Why this is different

No prompts to buy and no theory. One operating model: contracts, schedules, guards, and drafts a human approves. The same discipline that lets agents work unsupervised without ever sending or spending on their own.

The 60 minutes

  1. The tipping point in two minutes: browser and computer use, and why it changes the math.

  2. What an AI employee actually is: contract, role, capabilities, schedule.

  3. The eight roles: SEO, web dev, social, ads, sales, support, chief of staff and go to market.

  4. The release: the public repo, the MIT license, and how to run the first one yourself.

  5. Inside the Agent Ops Club: what is free, what is paid, and what each plan buys.

Who it is for

Freelancers and consultants who want implementation clients, agency owners productizing AI, and builders ready to run agents as a business.

What you leave with

The operating model, the repo, a clear map of what is inside the Club, and the replay.

Live session, replay included, and the repo is yours either way.

Saturday, September 19 @ 10 AM EDT. Free registration.

FAQ

Questions You May Have

Do I need to be a developer?

No. The employees install on any agent harness from a folder plus prompts, and the masterclass starts at the operating model, not code.

Is this really free?

Yes, and so is the code. All eight AI employee kits are on GitHub under the MIT license, free to clone whether you join anything or not. The replay is included for everyone who registers.

What is the Agent Ops Club?

A membership by Reinventing.AI with a free plan. Around the open source employees it adds the Agent Ops Masterclass, the premium software library with a deployment license, the AI Employee Builder, live member sessions and replays, and one on one booking. The last part of the session covers it openly, with the price on the page.

I cannot make it live. Should I still register?

Yes. Everyone who registers gets the replay on this page, usually within a day of the session. Register now and watch it on your own schedule.

What do I need installed?

Nothing. It is a live session on Zoom, so just show up. If you join the Club afterward, an agent harness like Claude Code and a normal browser are all the employees need.

What does it cost to run?

Your coding-agent subscription and free-tier hosting. No content tools, no per-article fees. Paid add-ons like a shared Redis are optional and small.

What does the Agent Ops Club cost?

Free to start, with an account that costs nothing. Pro is $99 a month or $349 a year. Lifetime is a one time $499 until October 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern, then $999. I cover exactly what each one buys in this session, and the session itself is free.

Is this the same as the SEO blog engine session?

No. That session was about one workflow. This one is about the bigger shift: agent employees that run whole roles in a business, and the Agent Ops Club that puts the system in your hands. If you took that session, this is the natural next step.
